I cannot create an account
There are a number of reasons why you can't create an account.
1. If you are using VPN/Proxy or logging from an IP that has been banned.
Sometimes an IP address is blocked from creating new accounts, to prevent spammers from ruining the Growtopia experience. You must be using a device or IP address that has been blocked in that way. This is a common problem for people who use public IPs (internet cafes or schools, for example) or their phone's mobile internet.
You can try to create your account on a different device or IP address. Keep in mind that if you switch devices, you will lose your guest account!. Once an account is made, it can be played on any device or IP address.
2. There are only a certain number of accounts allowed on each device and IP address. If the system is telling you that you have made too many accounts, you must be using a device or IP address that has reached its max number of accounts.This is a common problem for people who use public IPs (internet cafes or schools, for example) or their phone's mobile internet.
If you can't create an account and none of the 2 reasons apply to you, please email our support team via the contact form with all the details and information and they will get back to you.
Note: Support will not remove or increase the limit of accounts that can be created, so please don't contact us asking for that.
