I lost access to my old e-mail - how can I change it?
E-mails are the main way to verify that you are the owner of the account. If you have lost access to your registered e-mail, we suggest making a new GrowID with the new and correct e-mail and moving your items to the new account.
If you have receipts of any older payments you have done on the account, you can contact our customer care team via the support form. These payments can sometimes help to prove that you are the owner of the account. Please note that recent purchases will not count as proof.
If your e-mail address is fake and you did not purchase anything in game, we will be unable to help you.
