I want a refund - PayPal purchases
You can request a refund of your purchase through your PayPal account within 180 days.
Here's how you can request a refund:
- On the Summary page select the transaction you want to cancel.
- Use the contact information to send us a notification.
- If you have the gems in your account, we will deduct them and issue a refund. If you request refunds of many payments and we cannot remove the gems from your account, we will need to suspend your account for fraud.
If you disagree with the way the refund is handled, you will be able to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. You can open a dispute if you didn't receive your package or you received something doesn’t match the description.
