You will have to contact iTunes directly for a refund, as we are unable to issue Apple refunds. You can report a problem with any iTunes purchase you've made in the last 90 days through http://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Find the purchase you need help with, then click "Report a Problem" and follow the onscreen steps.
Google Play / Android purchases
Please be so kind to contact us via the contact form below with the e-mail address used in your Google Play account. This will allow us to identify all the purchases made from your account, as well as the in game accounts the transactions were made for.

Please keep in mind that this game is rated 13+ for several reasons:
- Players are interacting with real, live people from all over the world and sometimes real, live people can be horrible. It is not against the rules to swear in Growtopia, although bullying and sexual talk is not allowed. We monitor things as closely as we can, but obviously we can't punish someone until after they've broken a rule. Please check out this page for reporting a player.
- Young players haven't developed that healthy mistrust of things that are "too good to be true" and can easily be tricked into dropping (and consequently losing) their valuable items. They often share their passwords or give access to strangers who have become their new "best friends". We do NOT restore stolen items.
- Children also fail to understand the value of money and how credit cards work. Unless IAP has been disabled or password protected, they often make purchases without permission. It is not always possible to get refunds for these "accidental" purchases. Please check your Google Wallet or iTunes purchase history regularly.
As much as we love having people play our game, we are aware that our game is not necessarily appropriate for everyone. We strongly recommend that you keep a close eye on your accounts, cards, children and game.
