My device / IP is banned
Well, in this case, you will have to wait for your punishment to expire!
It's pointless to contact support asking them to remove the ban or decrease the time for any reason, they are not going to do that.
If your device is banned because of another player, talk to them! This happened because they broke the game rules while using your phone / computer, and we will not lift the ban, even if you did not violate the rules with your account.
Only if you genuinely think that the ban is not justified or was a mistake, contact support team through the form below, but keep in mind that all other requests will be ignored. If your ban is justified, please avoid wasting your time.
